Welcome to Vochlea Live 2023!
읽는시간 3 분 • 31st Jul 2023On June 14th, 2023 we hosted our first ever live event at the Tileyard in London. No less than eight artists performed original music using Dubler 2 and Voice-to-MIDI! In order to ensure our entire community could enjoy these performances, we filmed and recorded them and have started to release the videos weekly every Monday.
As we continue to release the full performance videos on Youtube, we will be updating this page so make sure to keep tuning in every Monday!
Stevie R and Parisinos ft. Thalia
In this performance the trio used Dubler 2 as a MIDI input source feeding various different instruments in the setup including synths, drones, bass lines, a Juno type pad and an arpeggiator! They also made use of Dubler's vowel MIDI Mapping to control effects. For more informartion about the artists, see the Youtube video description.
KIMMY BEATBOX
Throughout the performance Kimmy demonstrated how to use Dubler 2's triggers function to record MIDI drums by beatboxing, while also using Dubler's pitch function to sing MIDI basslines - all at once! For more information about the artist, see the Youtube video description.
Lorenz Okello
In their performance Lorenz used Dubler 2's vowel MIDI mapping function to control effects like Distortion, Delay Mix and Lo-fi Flutter Speed across various instruments - while also playing in some beautiful parts on the keys! Aykan Esen
During his performance Aykan played bass while singing into Dubler 2 to play synth chords and control effects like Filter cutoff, Filter LFO, Chorus amount and more! For more information about the artist, see the Youtube video description.
Beatox
Throughout this Dubler 2 beatboxing masterclass, Beatox goes over techniques like beatboxing with multiple microphones, performing five drum sounds at once, and using Dubler 2's Pitch function while beatboxing to simultaneously sing basslines. Piripa
