Your ideas, organised.
We hear you, but Dubnote isn’t just another recording app. It’s built specifically for musicians, with your workflow in mind.
We know the pain points of using voice memos: endless waveforms, generic titles, and always having to trim or edit before sending ideas to your bandmates or producer. Whether you’re writing new songs, capturing melodies, or logging your practice sessions, Dubnote helps keep your ideas structured and easy to find.
No more scrolling through randomly titled memos trying to find that riff you nailed in rehearsal. Dubnote’s AI automatically splits your audio into meaningful sections, so you can instantly bounce the parts you want— straight into your DAW or to a collaborator.
It’s everything voice memos aren’t— and everything musicians actually need.
With Dubnote, you can:
Capture ideas effortlessly – Record directly into organised notebook folders, keeping your creativity structured from the start.
Find the best bits fast – No more endless scrubbing through waveforms. Jump straight to the sections you need.
Auto-split recordings – Dubnote automatically detects and creates sections in your recordings based on sound (singing, talking, playing an instrument, etc.)
Go beyond waveforms – Dubnote’s speech-to-text automatically transcribe your ideas and lyrics.
Refine your ideas – Highlight key sections, add comments, edit transcriptions, and hide unwanted parts for a smoother playback experience.
Edit and merge sections – Split recordings manually, merge sections together, or remove unnecessary parts with simple tools.
Keep everything secure – Your recordings are processed on your device, with no third-party sharing. Plus, you can back them up to iCloud for safekeeping.
Organise your recordings seamlessly – Use notebooks to group related recordings, add titles, change cover images, and pin notebooks for quick access.
Export and share your work – Easily duplicate recordings, copy them to other notebooks, or export them for collaboration.
